Blooming Tea

Blooming tea, is a beautiful tea of mixed blooming flowers.

Not only are they beautiful, but they’re also beneficial due to its antioxidant content.

In ancient times, people used tea as a herbal medicine long before drinking it for pleasure. They added flowers to boost the medicinal value and sensory delights of the tea. Some blossoms commonly used in flowering tea are jasmine, calendula, globe amaranth, marigold, and lily.

The best way to brew it is through a glass teapot, and steep it for just 5 minutes before enjoying it. It isn’t only made for 1 single brew, so don’t throw your flowers away, you can brew it twice!

The first brew can be strong and has slightly bitter undertones, whereas the second brew usually has a more delicate flavor.

Be sure to take a deep breath and enjoy!
