Notes:
To make it gluten-free: Use gluten-free flour – such as sorghum flour, almond flour, rice flour, oat flour, chickpea, etc... Or omit it all-together. Keep it mind that the flour added to the eggs gives the eggs a more fluffy and bread-like texture.
To make it dairy-free: Use dairy-free milk such as almond milk, cashew milk, soy milk, rice milk, or if you want to remove the lactose, you can use lactose-free milk.
Use a soy or nut-based cream cheese, or a soy-free, dairy-free, gluten-free version.
Or omit it completely. You can combine Dijon mustard with a teaspoon of horseradish.
